Official delegation of the Supreme Council, 33° of A.A.S.R. in Bulgaria, composed of Ill∴ Ilia Koev, 33° - Grand Secretary General and Ill∴ Mitko Mihailov, 33° - Grand Chancellor, took part in the 195th anniversary celebrations of the foundation of the Supreme Council, 33° of A.A.S.R. for the Federative Republic of Brazil.
Ill∴ Jorge Luiz de Andrade Lins, 33° - Sovereign Grand Commander of the Supreme Council for Brazil, presided a meeting of Sovereign Grand Commanders and Heads of Delegations, as well as a solemn 33° Degree conferral ceremony of the Order. The Ibero-American Confederation of Sovereign Councils also held a meeting.
The agenda of the meeting included a presentation by Sovereign Grand Commander Ill∴ Stelian Nistor, 33° of the organization and the themes of the upcoming XXI World Conference of Supreme Councils to be held May 2025 in Bucharest, Romania
The head of the Bulgarian delegation Grand Secretary General Ill∴ Ilia Koev, 33° introduced the participants to the current state of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite in our country
The celebrations opened with the release of a jubilee seal of the Supreme Council for Brazil on the occasion of its 195th anniversary at the local parliament in Rio de Janeiro
The program included an interesting lecture on the history and development of the Order by Ill∴ Arturo de Hoyos, 33°, GC - Grand Archivist and Grand Historian of the Supreme Council, 33° of the Southern Jurisdiction of the USA
Sovereign Grand Commanders of Spain, Portugal, France, Romania, Mexico, Argentina, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Bolivia, Colombia, Cote d'Ivoire, Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Panama, Venezuela, Haiti, Slovakia, and Prince Hall Affiliation, Southern Jurisdiction, USA participated in this prominent Masonic event
The Supreme Councils of the Southern Jurisdiction of the USA (Mother of the World), the Northern Jurisdiction of the USA, Chile, Serbia, Russia, the Czech Republic, Benin, Croatia, and Bulgaria participated through their representatives

At the end of the 33° Degree conferral ceremony, Sovereign Grand Commander Ill∴ Jorge Luiz de Andrade Lins, 33° presented Ill∴ Ilia Koev, 33° with a 33° Degree Patent of Inspector General Honorary under number 106284 in the Register of the Supreme Council, 33° of A.A.S.R. for the Federative Republic of Brazil
By participating in this event, the Supreme Council, 33° of A.A.S.R. in Bulgaria, established on January 07, 2001 by the Mother Council of the World, strengthened its relations and fraternal ties with the Supreme Councils of Central, Southern and Northern America, as well as with the Supreme Councils of Europe and Africa.
