The Supreme Council, 33° of A.A.S.R. in Bulgaria, regularly established on January 7, 2001 by the Mother Council of the World, the Southern Jurisdiction of the U.S.A., is recognized by more than 20 Supreme Councils worldwide. 

Its official delegations have participated in the XVII World Conference of Regular Supreme Councils in Sydney, Australia in 2005, the XIX World Conference of Regular Supreme Councils in Lisbon, Portugal in 2015, and in the XX World Conference of Regular Supreme Councils in Asuncion, Paraguay in 2022 (observer).
