Upon receipt of official invitation from the Supreme Council, 33° for Republic of Côte d'Ivoire, a delegation of the Supreme Council, 33° of A.A.S.R. in Bulgaria, established on January 7, 2001, composed of Ill∴ Nikolay Kalbov, 33° - Sovereign Grand Commander and Ill∴ Ilia Koev, 33° - Grand Secretary General, took part as co-founders in the solemn consecration ceremony of the Supreme Council, 33° for Republic of Guinea, held on October 10, 2024 in the capital city of Conakry.

Under the leadership of the Ill∴ Assad Bassit, 33° - Sovereign Grand Commander of the Supreme Council for Côte d'Ivoire, a regular, recognized and sovereign Supreme Council of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite was established.

The Supreme Council, 33° for Republic of Guinea is the tenth member of the Confederation of Supreme Councils of Africa.

In a solemn atmosphere, Ill∴ Almamy Kabele Camara, 33° took the oath and assumed the office of Sovereign Grand Commander of the Order in Republic of Guinea

After taking the oath, by decrees of Sovereign Grand Commander Ill∴ Assad Bassit, 33°, all Brethren working in the Subordinate bodies under the auspices of the Supreme Council, 33° for Côte d’Ivoire on the territory of the Republic of Guinea were released from their previous membership and transferred to work in the newly established Supreme Council.

All Sovereign Grand Commanders present, co-founders of the new Supreme Council, placed on the head of Ill∴ Almamy Kabele Camara, 33°, a crown, symbolizing his position in the hierarchy of the Order

Sovereign Grand Commander Ill∴ Nikolay Kalbov, 33° was one of the eight co-founders of the new Supreme Council who signed the Patent for its consecration

The next day, October 11, all foreign guests visited the construction site of the newly built Masonic Temple in the capital city of Conakry

The National Grand Lodge of Guinea, together with the newly established Supreme Council for Guinea, is constructing a four-story building that will house two temples, as well as everything necessary for the work of the two national Masonic organizations

A donation for the newly built Masonic Home on behalf of the Supreme Council, 33° for the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire was also made by Sovereign Grand Commander Ill∴ Assad Bassit, 33°

Sovereign Grand Commanders of Côte d'Ivoire, France, Bulgaria, Togo, Benin, Gabon, and Haiti took part in the perfectly organized ceremony. The Supreme Council for Slovakia was represented by its Grand Prior.

The Grand Master of the National Grand Lodge of Guinea and a representative of the Grand Master of the Grand Lodge of Côte d'Ivoire honored this significant Masonic event with their presence.

Bulgarian Sovereign Grand Commander Ill∴ Nikolay Kalbov, 33° was awarded as Honorary Sovereign Grand Commander and Honorary Member of the Supreme Council, 33° for Republic of Guinea

By participating in this solemn event, the Supreme Council, 33° of A.A.S.R. in Bulgaria, established on January 7, 2001, strengthened its relations and fraternal ties with the Supreme Councils from Africa.
